The work:
Oversee multiple functional work streams/domains on a Workday implementation project (e.g, function as the overall Learning Lead for the project) or function as the lead for the {Insert Specialization} work stream (function as the expert in Learning
Manage functional teams
Lead Learning work stream driving towards decisions and recommending best practices related to Workday functionality including, but not limited to: compensation grades, grade ranges, compensation steps, compensation plans, eligibility rules, advanced compensation configuration and processing
Identify strategies, risks, and options, recommend approaches and mitigations to meet client/functional requirements
Lead, mentor, counsel and manage performance of project staff
Architect Workday Learning solution to ensure that all work streams are cohesive and cross functional impacts are considered and mitigated
Advise clients on industry standards and leading practices.
Demonstrate design options using prototyping.
Understand and apply Workday and Accenture methodologies.
Provide the Project Manager with status updates and keep them apprised of overall project status.
Demonstrate strong client and stakeholder management to achieve project objectives
Ensure the client takes advantage of Workday best practices.
Support innovation through the creation of new industry leading methods and assets
Here is what you need:
Current Workday Learning Partner Certification is ideal; must be willing to obtain certification within 6 months of hire
4+ years of consulting experience, most recently in a Lead role, or similar level role, preferably with a large consulting firm
2+ years of hands- on experience delivering Learning implementations in a leadership role
Experience managing teams
Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. (If Associate Degree, must have minimum 6 years of work experience) & ability to travel up to 80%
Bonus points if:
Prior federal Learning/LMS experience
5+ years prior experience implementing Workday with a certified Workday implementer.
HR knowledge and HR Technology experience in Workday, SAP, Oracle or similar ERP technologies (preferably cloud based)
Demonstrated commitment and achievement to delivery excellence and client relationship management
Demonstrated understanding of the cross functional dependencies and impacts to conversions and integrations
Ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently and meet deadlines, despite conflicting demands
As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia . The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia is:
$103,200—$213,600 USD
