The Work:The Experience Optimization Front End Developer will develop A/B test variation code for our clients, using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. The Developer will use A/B testing and analytics tools like Optimizely, Google Optimize, Adobe Target, Interaction Studio (Evergage), Google Analytics, and more, to test new front end user experiences and validate their performance with data.Key Responsibilities:- Write advanced JavaScript and have a strong knowledge of the JavaScript ecosystem.- Familiarity with NodeJS, particularly with using CommonJS modules and build tools such as Webpack or Gulp.- Utilize A/B testing tools such as Optimizely, Google Optimize, Adobe Target, or others to launch A/B tests on client websites.- Write clean, well documented code.- Confidently explain your work to and collaborate with both technical and non-technical users- Utilize HTML and CSS to create an accurate representation of provided designs- Iterate on experiments based on input from cross-functional team.- Use Git for version control- Collaborate with QA team to deliver high-quality, bug-free work to clients- Effectively accomplish goals while working in a team-based, remote environment.

Basic Qualifications:- Bachelor’s Degree OR completion of a code/developer bootcamp- Minimum 1 years experience in front end development- Minimum 1 years experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS- Minimum 1 years experience with A/B test developmentBonus Points If:- Experience with JavaScript ES6+, jQuery, HTML, CSS, CSS preprocessors such as Sass or LESS- Very comfortable with DOM manipulation – moving, manipulating, adding, or removing elements- Knowledge of basic network requests- Comfortable working with browser dev tools, such as Chrome or Firefox- Ability to write cross-browser, cross-device compatible code- Experience with code-based A/B testing- Experience with A/B testing tools such as Optimizely, Google Optimize, Adobe Target, or others- Experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics- Familiarity with Node.js- Familiarity with at least one front end framework, such as React, Angular, or Vue- Familiarity with Webpack and Git- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team to validate our tests by leveraging tagging and analytics software solutions to capture test data- Collaborate with clients’ development and product teams- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Willingness to learn new technologies/tools as needed- Strong attention to detailTravel:For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales/delivery activity only.Please note: The safety and well-being of our people continues to be the top priority, and our decisions around travel are informed by government COVID-19 response directives, recommendations from leading health authorities and guidance from a number of infectious disease experts.
