Position Summary:
Reporting to the SVP, Sales, the Director/Sr. Director of Executive Membership Sales is responsible for ensuring the success of our CXO peer learning programs by recruiting executive attendees to in-person convening events. The Sr. Director will have a defined territory of events and focus on metrics related to confirmation and attendance of our programs. The Sr. Director will work closely with Forum Directors and other members of our Peer Learning teams.
Primary Job Duties:
Develop and execute a strategic plan for recruiting CXO attendees within an assigned programmatic territory
Drive revenue growth within your designated territory through the acquisition of new members and retention of existing members
Conduct consultative one-on-one and small group onsite presentations to educate prospective members on our services
Develop and nurture relationships with CXO audiences
Leverage understanding of the priorities, challenges, and opportunities within your market segment and effectively map to Academy solutions
Identify creative pathways to expand THMA reach in the CXO market by targeting new logo Health Systems and utilizing a variety of sourcing techniques
Partner with a Member Development Representative (MDR) on recruitment and sourcing strategy and tactics
Facilitate a smooth hand-off of recruited CXOs to our internal Account Management or Peer Learning team while continuing to advise and support on member satisfaction, renewal planning, and future growth potential
Minimum Qualifications:
5+ years of sales experience in a sales, recruitment, or similar role
Knowledge of healthcare systems and CXO priorities
Demonstrated track record of achieving revenue goals and/or quotas
Salesforce Experience preferred

Physical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision and distance vision. Ability to travel long distances including air travel up to 50% of the time. This position is primarily a sedentary job where the team member will be seated for the majority of the day.

Compensation and Benefits:
Starting salary of $90,000-120,000 per year performance-based incentives.
