We are currently searching for a Director of Revenue Control. This position is responsible for leading and supervising financial activities that ensure totality, accuracy, and collectability of Entegra Revenue, contributing to Entegra’s financial health, growth and risks mitigation.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, develop and implement processes and governance improvements to the billing Exclusion process.

• Co-manage the Entegra Finance team members working on the billing Exclusion and Accounts Receivable (AR) management processes for their respective client’s portfolios.

• Provide leadership and supervise the work of the dedicated Entegra team in Supply Management Finance responsible for managing overdue Accounts Receivable (AR) and write-off processes impacting Entegra.

• Develop, implement and manage an efficient, timely and effective resolution process between Entegra Client, Manufacturers on AR disputes situations.

• Develop relationships and insights to successfully influence Supply Management team and their leadership to improve collection and dispute processes.

• Provide executive reports to senior management on progress of main AR issues, action plans on main issues, need of escalations.

This includes identifying and analyzing key information from multiple sources; facilitating the determination of the root causes of problems and finding solutions to eliminate them; proactively anticipating potential problems and implementing or modifying systems to prevent their occurrence; and recommending alternative solutions to resolving issues.

• Decision Making: The ability to know when a decision needs to be made and having the readiness to make timely, sound recommendation or to take decisions.

• Knowledge of systems and business software applications, including SAP and database programs.

The successful candidate will possess the following:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, business, finance or related field. (MBA or CPA is a plus)

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role in financial controlling position, including project management experience. Experience in AR collection would be a plus.

• Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles and processes

• Excellent knowledge in Excel and good notion of Access/Oracle database

Position Summary

Manages professional employees and/or supervisors or individual contributor that supervises strategic large, complex support, production or operations function. Has accountability for the performance and results of a team or complex area within finance in assigned Segment. At highest levels responsible for partnering with Segment senior leaders on Finance strategy for the assigned Segment. Handles general accounting and financial reporting, cost accounting, auditing, budgeting and forecasting, and systems individually and in consultation with Centers of Excellence as appropriate. Responsible for providing oversight and direction to Unit Finance. Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges. Decisions and problem-solving are guided by policies, procedures and business plan; receives guidance from senior manager. Provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customers.
