IDS International Deputy Program Manager, Cleared Escort Program in Arlington, Virginia

IDS International is looking for a Deputy Project Manager to support all aspects of our Cleared Escort Program. 

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the allocation of personnel and customer requirements.

  • Ensure teams have the necessary skills and training to execute customer tasks.

  • Track project performance metrics and provide regular updates to company management.

  • Conduct reviews and assessments to ensure objectives are being met and implement improvements as necessary.

  • Coordinate personnel transitioning to support project start, conclusion, and follow on projects.

  • Recruit and interview candidates for this program.

    Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience managing administrative functions related to program and/or employee management

    Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years experience supporting individuals performing cleared escort duties

  • Administrative or Human Resources experience

Employee may be required to occasionally lift and/or move moderate amounts of weight, typically less than 20 pounds, but may vary depending on the position. Regular and predictable attendance is essential.
