Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Business Operations Lead to join the Private Pricing Programs and Experiences (3PX) team.
As the BizOps Lead, you will lead complex, highly visible efforts that help the organization make meaningful progress toward high-impact goals. You will dive into data to understand business trends, and connect dots across the organization to uncover the holistic story. You will own the annual strategic planning cycle and hold the pen on the VP-level strategic plan (OP1) presented to AWS senior leadership.
You will drive and orchestrate key reporting mechanisms such as the monthly goal updates and recurring business reviews. In addition, you will tackle special projects including reviewing analyst reports, crafting executive communications on for senior leadership, driving mechanisms and workstreams for cross-functional efforts, and more. Through this work, you will help the Private Pricing business rally around a clear strategic vision, achieve ambitious goals, and drive step-change business growth.
Key job responsibilities
Own the annual strategic planning cycle and hold the pen on the annual VP-level OP1 in partnership with senior leaders
Drive key reporting mechanisms inclusive of monthly goal updates and recurring business reviews
Deepen the broader org’s business understanding through deep-dive analyses and delivery of documents/reports on focused topics
Strengthen the Private Pricing brand, both internally and externally, by reviewing analyst reports, crafting executive communications on for senior leadership, and more
Strengthen org cohesion and effectiveness by driving mechanisms/workstreams for cross-functional efforts
Support senior leadership with other projects and initiatives as needed

The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent
7+ years of experience in business strategy, operations, or related field
5+ years proficiency in Microsoft Excel
5 + tears experience owning business reporting to senior leadership and driving related discussions
Preferred Qualifications
Experience owning and successfully delivering strategic Amazon documents (i.e., OP1/2, 6-pager, PRFAQ)Strong business acumen
Experience in AWS Sales or sales enablement
Ability to work effectively with a wide range of senior leaders and stakeholders to drive consensus and/or results
Ability to thrive as a strong owner in a fast-paced, high-bar environment and drive measurable results
Excellent written/verbal communication skills
Data-proficient; ability to marry data and insights to surface new conclusions/insights
Strong judgment; can effectively determine when to move quickly vs. when to pause and assess more deeply
Highly organized and operationally excellent
