AHC, Inc Administrative Assistant in Arlington, Virginia

The Administrative Assistant will report to the head of the Administrative Division and work closely with various divisions at the main AHC Inc office. The position supports all office administrative functions as assigned.

  • Support all Board related administrative duties.

  • Assist with all office management procurement activities.

  • Process outgoing & incoming mail services.

  • Maintain appearance of all office areas.

  • Provide front desk coverage as needed.

  • Complete special projects & related duties as assigned.

  • H.S. diploma or equivalent

  • 2-3 yrs. of experience in an administrative role, specifically supporting senior level staff

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and phone etiquette

  • Customer service driven

  • Knowledge of office supply procurement

  • Ability to operate various office equipment

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.

  • Ability to prioritize and multi task

  • Strong proficiency in all MS Office software

  • Strong ability to create & maintain spreadsheets
