Job Title: Audit Associate

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant II to perform essential accounting services. The ideal candidate will handle input responsibilities, manage IRS audits, and demonstrate sound judgment in ambiguous situations. This role is perfect for someone with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.

Hard Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting

  • 2-4 years of progressive accounting experience

  • Previous experience managing IRS audits

Soft Skills

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

Job Type

This is a contract position with a duration of 17 Weeks.

Work Site

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Arlington, Virginia and some days remote.
