AgencyIQ’s Account Management team embodies POLITICO’s culture, which is defined by grit, total integrity, and innovation. Our Account Management Associates focus on providing high-quality customer service while driving revenue through upsells and renewals.

What You'll Do:

  • Research and identify new opportunities to grow the existing subscriber base

  • Implement outreach strategy for in-person and phone interactions with subscribers and potential new subscribers

  • Support account management team with day-to-day client relationships and project management

  • Assist in the preparation and follow up of the renewal meetings and sales process

  • Develop a solid understanding of our products and services to respond to client requests and proactively deliver value

  • Assist in client onboarding by setting up access and conducting initial meetings with new clients to on-board and train them on how to navigate their dashboard, organize their content, and get the most out of their subscription.

  • Conduct product walk-throughs with existing and new users to add value to their subscriptions during renewal conversations and various other points.

What You'll Need:

  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience, including internship and externship roles

  • Strong client service ethic

  • Experience working in a team environment

  • Sales or customer service experience

  • Ability to communicate effectively by e-mail and phone with executives

  • Experience thinking through problems creatively

  • Attention to detail

  • Experience analyzing data and drawing conclusions based on the numbers

  • Proven experience managing multiple, competing priorities

  • Ability to take initiative on projects and through customer service interactions
