Mobile Communications America Inside Sales Representative in Arlington, Texas

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

  • Develop an in-depth understanding of Portable CARE products and their applications in portable two-way communication.

  • Conduct outbound sales activities to generate leads and engage potential customers.

  • Deliver compelling presentations to showcase the features and benefits of Portable CARE solutions.

  • Customize presentations to address the specific needs of clients in portable two-way communication.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and follow-up.

  • Address customer concerns, provide solutions, and ensure overall customer satisfaction.

  • Prospecting and searching for potential customers and clients that may need the solutions, using sales leads from internal databases and various market data sources.

  • Developing and maintaining relationships with customers by phone.

  • Determine customers' Portable CARE needs and recommend Portable CARE products based on the customers' total subscriber count and frequency of repairs.

  • Provide quotes and collect customer credit card information.

  • Tracking activities and opportunities in the CRM/ERP/Quoting tool.

  • Become proficient in Portable CARE product offering; what is included, what would not be covered, and how it can save the customer money with the offering.

  • Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline and closing deals.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE TEAM:

  • Experience selling technology or telecommunications B2B is a plus.

  • Proven experience in inside sales, preferably in the field of portable communication technology.

  • Develop strong knowledge of portable two-way communication devices and related technologies.

  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.

  • Possess strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented and able to manage various activities.

  • Possess the ability to explain product features and benefits.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to adapt to evolving products and technologies.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.

YOUR ENVIRONMENT AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

The physical environment requires the employee to work inside.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to frequently stand, walk, sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; talk or hear; lift (overhead, waist level) from the floor, bending, frequently utilize near vision use for reading and computer use; occasionally move equipment weighing up to 15 pounds, and frequently position self to maintain computers or other equipment as needed.
