This position offers an optional hybrid work schedule, with three days working in the office and two days working remotely.

Great West is looking for a dynamicAgency Trainerto join our team and help shape the future of our agency network.

In this position you will design and deliver effective training solutions for our new and existing agents to help them reach their full potential, driving performance and growth. You will work closely with management to identify training needs for current processes along with developing resources for our new sales platform.

Qualifications:

• Experience in insurance, with a background in training and development.
• Knowledge of insurance products, sales strategies, and requirements.
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
• Able to work independently and quickly adapt to changing priorities.
