Job Title: R&D Tech II Location: Arden Hills, MN (Onsite) Job Type: Contract (with potential for extension or temp-to-hire) Max Pay Rate: $26.00 per hour About the Role: Are you passionate about innovation and eager to make an impact in research and development? We are looking for an R&D Tech II to join our client's dynamic team in Arden Hills, MN. In this role, you'll work closely with engineers and scientists to help drive cutting-edge projects that shape the future of their industry. Key Responsibilities: Conduct R&D bench testing independently, ensuring high-quality results. Follow written product test methods and verbal instructions. Assist in developing R&D test methods. Perform device failure analysis. Summarize experiment results for engineering staff, including creating datasheets and archiving data. Manage tasks and priorities from multiple engineers. Qualifications: Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field. 1 year of related experience Experience in the medical device industry (preferred) Experience with test method development and device failure analysis (preferred) Additional Details: Onsite role in Arden Hills, MN; no remote option.
