Boston Scientific Principal Sales Operations Analyst, AFS in Arden Hills, Minnesota

This role will work on the Atrial Fibrillation (AF) Solutions Sales Operations team as an Anaplan Model Builder supporting compensation for over 1,000 US sales representatives. In this role you will have the opportunity to work with high performing teams across sales strategy, field training, finance, and compensation. The Principal Sales Operations Analyst will work cross-functionally to build, maintain and enhance the Anaplan compensation system. Your Responsibilities include: Serve as expert modeler for new models and act as a point of contact for troubleshooting and support with existing models to the broader team Maintain data integrity across systems to ensure the ICM and TQM environments are accurate for actuals, data lists and hierarchies, cost centers, product codes, etc. Create reporting templates, dashboards, etc. using source data to provide visualization to the end-users and their business partners Participate in data integration solutions with other BSC systems Understand the team's current reporting system and identify areas of improvement and simplification Develop and support ongoing user training and materials to ensure all end users understand the application capabilities and leverage its capabilities to deliver an optimal end user experience Ad hoc modeling, analysis, and reporting, as required What we're looking for in you: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Minimum of 5 years of Anaplan model building experience Ability to be both a team player and work independently.
