Your Opportunity: Taylor Corporation is looking for a Kitting Operator to join our team at Venture Solutions. This location adheres to the Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA). All employees must undergo a federal background check, which requires U.S. citizenship. Your Responsibilities: * Routes printed output from the print department to kitting area and lettershop. *Adjusts staffing to accommodate different projects including other departments. *Oversees kitting projects according to established schedule. *Assists in ensuring that all kitting activities are in conformance the rules and regulations. *Constantly monitors all work areas for cleanliness. *Assists in ensuring that all health and safety policies and regulations are enforced, by reporting policy infractions. *Other duties as assigned Your Shift: * 6am - 2pm, Monday - Friday You Must Have: * Experience operating equipment in a manufacturing environment. * Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field. * Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. * Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand. * Regularly required to remain in a stationary position. * Constantly operates machinery and handles products including print materials. * Frequently required to move inside the facility. * Regularly move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull and/or carry). We Would Also Prefer: * High School Diploma or the equivalent.
