ManpowerGroup In-Store Marketer PT in Arden Hills, Minnesota

Pay Rate: $20.00 + commission

Schedule: Thu-Sun – can be flexible with available for the days given.

1 st shift: 9:30am – 2:30pm Thu-Fri and 9am-2pm, Sat-Sun

2 nd shift: 2:15pm-7:15pm Thu-Fri and 1:45pm-6:45 pm Sat-Sun


  • Develop an understanding of our products/services to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.

  • Approach and engage customers in a friendly and approachable manner to create a positive and memorable experience with the goal of generating a lead and ultimately setting an appointment.

  • Execute in-store promotional activities, including product demonstrations, sampling, and other events to attract and retain customers.

  • Provide information and answer customer queries to enhance their understanding of our products/services.

  • Ensure that product displays are attractive, organized, and well-maintained to maximize visibility and impact. This often includes setting up, tearing down and transferring of displays.

  • Gather customer feedback and insights to help improve offerings and customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including the number of customer interactions, appointment sets, and other relevant metrics.

Experience and Skills

  • Ability to work nights and weekends – Weekends will be required at different points throughout the year.

  • Ability to work in a retail environment full time.

  • Comfortable with presentations and public speaking. Required to both conduct in store training with store associates and present key insights to Kohler employees.

  • Ability to stand for the duration of shift except for meal and rest breaks

  • Capable of lifting and transporting heavy items and requesting assistance as needed.

  • Capable of reaching and/or lifting overhead in addition to ascending/descending ladders to move product.

  • Capable of using small hand tools to assemble and build displays.

  • Applicant must be MS Office proficient.

  • Applicant should be self-motivated and a team player with strong organizational skills
