ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH & SAFETY COORDINATOR
Bil-Jax Haulotte is seeking an in-person professional to define, lead, and coordinate Health, Safety & Environmental objectives in our Archbold, Ohio, facility according to international standards (OHSAS 18001 / ISO 45001) while following OSHA and customer requirements.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead all EHS activities with daily presence in workshop and warehouse.
- Identify, analyze, evaluate, and propose mitigation of EHS risks.
- Implement and maintain Waste Management program regarding ISO 14001 & Corporate standards.
- Define, implement, and maintain the EHS Management Plan and review as necessary.
- Determine control energies that can influence carbon footprint.
- Determine needs and necessary resources to obtain ISO 45001 / OHSAS 18001 & ISO 45001 certifications and maintain each at every certification cycle.
- Prepare and when needed lead EHS Management Review meetings.
- Prepare annual EHS audit plan.

Participate in cross-functional projects that have direct impact on EHS management system.
Ensure implementation of corrective actions for KPI process deviations.
Utilization and standardization of 8D methodology for Incident management and promote its utilization throughout the organization.
Person of contact for any OSHA or EHS external audits and regulatory inspection.
