Description

We are in search of a Sr. Accountant to join our team in the CPA industry, located in Arcadia, California. This role involves managing and processing customer credit applications, maintaining customer records, and resolving customer inquiries. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Perform month-end close procedures

• Conduct balance sheet reconciliation

• Maintain and update the general ledger

• Prepare and post journal entries

• Compilations

• Perform account reconciliation tasks

• Conduct compilation tasks as needed.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a senior accountant role or similar

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is essential

• Experience in Compilation and Account Reconciliation is crucial

• Ability to work in a team and independently

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is preferred
