Are you a stellar attorney with in-depth knowledge of landlord-tenant law, a passion for representing clients, and a flair for turning trials into triumphs? Are you a seasoned legal eagle who thrives amid the thorny landscape of landlord-tenant disputes, capable of taking on every gig from eviction cases, lease agreements and disputes, security deposit returns, fair housing actions, and more?

Our client's dynamic and growing law firm is looking for an experienced, smart, and passionate Landlord Tenant Attorney to join their busy practice.

As our client's Landlord Tenant Attorney, your mission will be to:

• Carry out strategic, methodical and successful negotiations on behalf of clients taking into consideration the needs of landlords and tenants

• Analyze complex legal issues, identify legal risks and provide accurate advice while setting that room ablaze with your astute legal arguments

• Draft and review legal documents including rental agreements, eviction notices, summons and complaints, stipulated agreements, lease contracts

• Communicate case updates to client and aid in trial preparation

To receive consideration candidates must have California based civil litigation. This job is preferably onsite in Arcadia, CA. However, those with solid experience may also work on a hybrid basis.

Requirements

• Ability to draft and review legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and briefs.

• Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to resolve disputes favorably.

• Strong research skills and the ability to stay updated with latest legal precedents and regulations.

• Good interpersonal skills for effective client interaction.

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• High ethical standards and professional integrity.

• Active member of the CA State Bar.
