Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Accountant in Arcadia, California. As a Corporate Accountant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including maintaining accurate financial records, processing financial data, and resolving accounting inquiries. You will also be responsible for monitoring financial operations and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Responsibilities

• Utilize CPA skills to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

• Process and record financial transactions efficiently

• Monitor financial operations within the company

• Maintain accurate financial records and databases

• Resolve accounting inquiries and discrepancies

• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations

• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports. Requirements

• Proven experience in corporate accounting is required.

• Demonstrated proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

• Excellent financial analysis skills to interpret data and provide insights.

• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work.

• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal to liaise with various departments.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion.

• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.

• Strong problem-solving skills to address any accounting discrepancies.

• Ability to work independently but also as part of a team
