TITLE: Maintenance “A”REPORTS TO: Maintenance ManagerSTATUS: Hourly Non-Exempt - Full-TimeAPPROVED: July 15, 2024PAY RANGE: $26.00 - $31.46SUMMARYTo install, maintain/repair and document work required in the upkeep of all equipment belonging to TPi; to be aware of and complete any building and grounds maintenance required; all in a safe and efficient manner.BEHAVIOR REQUIREMENTSAll positions within TPi Arcade require employees to demonstrate excellence through TPi’s core values of Reliability, Safety, Integrity and Respect. Additionally, employee’s behaviors must align with Ligon’s Business Ethics Policy, and strive to attain our Perfect Day Philosophy.PRIMARY RESPONSIBLITIES• Troubleshoot, evaluate and perform/advise solutions to everyday mechanical and electrical problems of a routine nature• Help/instruct others with mechanical and electrical repairs as needed or directed • Install or assist in the instillation of equipment• Lay out new work• Perform/oversee daily preventative maintenance as required • Establish and maintain safe working areas and procedures• Maintain accurate and timely records• Look for and report problem areas to the supervisor• Minimum toolbox requirements exist in this classification• Preform work in a safe manner• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisorEDUCATION REQUIREMENT• High school diploma or equivalentREQUIRED SKILLS• Ability to work and communicate well with others• Ability to interpret technical documents, read drawings and schematics• Demonstrates knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics• Demonstrated math and organizational skills• Ability to work with minimum supervision• Ability to adapt to various working environments• Proper sense of confidentiality of company records and dataPHYSICAL ENVIRONMENTPhysical DemandsThis position requires constant standing for 8 - 12 hours, lifting a minimum of 50 lbs. constantly.Working ConditionsThe employee will be exposed to an environment where hearing, eye safety, safety shoes and other personal protective equipment (PPE) is required.
Minimum Salary: 26 Maximum Salary: 31.46 Salary Unit: Yearly
