There is a requirement/expectation that all Account Managers will make a minimum of 7 face to face customer visits per month and file reports describing visit content/results. Travel to/from customer sites will include air travel as well as motor vehicle operation. Individual travel times could be up to 7 hours per day. Development of Service Agreements and Service Exchange programs Provide field support for service department in areas of customer quoting and follow-up Work could include working on/around gas turbine installations, pump installations, compressor drives, conveyor drives and mining facilities requiring a high level of physical fitness and manual dexterity. Work with Inside Sales, Field Service, Retrofit and Engineering departments to establish schedules and priorities for field, in house repairs, part and unit sales, retrofit projects and engineering. Develop and update Installed equipment database, Visit Logs and Outlook Contacts. Provide sales support for direct sales through authorized, independent sales representatives and distributor organization.
