Leveraging your extensive experience and expertise, you will be responsible for conducting thorough inspections of incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to guarantee adherence to stringent quality specifications. Your keen attention to detail and comprehensive understanding of industry standards will contribute to the continuous improvement of our manufacturing processes. Responsibilities: Perform detailed inspections of raw materials, sub-assemblies, and final products to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications. Utilize advanced measurement tools, gauges, and testing equipment to conduct precise and accurate assessments of product dimensions and attributes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to investigate and address root causes of quality issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions as necessary. Develop and maintain inspection procedures, checklists, and protocols to facilitate consistent and efficient quality control processes. Conduct thorough reviews of production documentation to verify completeness and accuracy, ensuring traceability of materials and adherence to quality standards. Contribute to the development and implementation of statistical process control (SPC) methods to monitor and improve manufacturing processes. Participate in internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
