Excellerate Manufacturing Systems Manager will lead and optimize our manufacturing processes. This critical role will oversee the implementation and maintenance of efficient production systems and leverage technology to enhance productivity, quality, and overall operational excellence. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field. Master\'s degree is a plus. Experience: 5+ years of experience in manufacturing systems management or a similar role. Travel: Up to 15% based on company need. Work Schedule: Typical work hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday. However, work may be performed at any time on any day of the week to meet business needs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Manage and Unify all Master Data: * Own data standards and be responsible for getting data loaded correctly with each project. * Set up Items, Bills of Materials, and Routings to support the planning and execution of ERP system. * Set up Workcenters, Workcenter parameters, and Planning Parameters. * Ensure all engineering changes process correctly with respect to master data and key planning parameters as well as assess/monitor the impact of changes to inventory obsolescence. * Develop and implement data governance rules to cleanse, validate, and maintain data quality. * Support the implementation of a new ERP platform, including designing business rules, match and merge survivorship logic for existing items, and data quality measures and workflows. Tactical Manufacturing: * Work with Finance to ensure proper costing attributes are assigned for costing purposes. * Work with Materials teams to understand inventory management transactions and any deficiencies associated with work order execution and transaction of materials. * Collaborating with Supply Chain on MRP-related topics/issues. Capacity Planning: * Work with Enterprise Planner to develop models and reports for regional teams. * Work with Planning functions to ensure product data supports the plan established by SIOP. * Work with planning teams to review and challenge inventory programs and strategies to achieve optimal inventory positions while maintaining high level of service. Technology Leadership: * Evaluate and implement new technologies and automation solutions to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and improve quality. * Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in manufacturing systems and technology. * Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to integrate systems and ensure seamless data flow and communication. * Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
