How your role fits into Boldt: As the Inclusion & Belonging Manager at the Boldt Company, you will partner with leaders across the enterprise to develop and champion our DEI strategies and initiatives to help achieve our DEI goals with our employees, partners and suppliers. As a change management champion and thought partner, this role will collaborate with leaders and employees to recommend, develop and implement practices that create an intentional culture of inclusion and belonging for everyone. This position requires vision, operational and organizational skills to create productive and measurable outcomes across the enterprise. Partner to develop, maintain and monitor our diversity metrics and reports that enable educated decision making and measurable outcomes. Collaborate to influence people and talent policies and practices that create a sense of belonging for all. Lead our Corporate DEI committee and play an active role in our Regional DEI Committees. Lead our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) by vetting ERG Leadership and providing thought leadership and alignment of DEI strategies with our business objectives.
