AHT WISCONSIN WINDOWS Call Center Supervisor in APPLETON, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: AHT Wisconsin Windows is looking for a Marketing Call Center Supervisor to join our Marketing Team. You will be responsible to coach and develop a team of Call Center Marketers whose focus is to speak to homeowners via the phone setting appointments for our In-Home Sales Consultants. Marketing Supervisor Responsibilities: - Oversee a team of telemarketers, providing guidance, coaching, and training to maximize their performance and lead generation. - Monitor and evaluate telemarketing calls to ensure quality standards are met and provide feedback to improve performance. - Create and maintain a positive and motivating work environment that encourages team collaboration and individual growth. - Conduct regular one on one and team meetings to review progress, share best practices, and provide training. - Collaborate with marketing teams to align telemarketing efforts with overall business objectives and strategies. - Track and report on telemarketing performance and present findings to management. - Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies during telemarketing activities. - Grow the telemarketing team by recruiting, interviewing, hiring, training and retaining team members. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Marketing Supervisor Required Skills: - Proven work experience in a Call Center and Supervisory or similar role. - Excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. - Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships over the phone. - Results-driven mindset with a focus on exceeding goals and driving growth. - Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful insights to enhance telemarketing strategies. - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. - Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
