FOX COMMUNITIES CREDIT UNION Associate Financial Advisor in APPLETON, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: We currently have a career opportunity for a full-time Associate Financial Advisor in Appleton or Green Bay! The Associate Financial Advisor facilitates and enhances Investment Services opportunities within the organization. This includes identifying sales opportunities, performing account reviews, assisting with financial analysis, coordinating workflow and calendar management for all locations, and completing other requests to ensure the best possible experience for our members and clients. The primary responsibilities of the Associate Financial Advisor role include but are not limited to: Identifying sales opportunities within Fox and coordinating the proper channels to offer the best possible member experience Performing account reviews for current members/clients under the guidance of the primary financial advisor Assisting with financial analysis associated with client meetings Coordinating and managing all aspects of workflow/calendar management for all locations in the assigned markets Ensuring offices are compliant with the latest requirements from the broker/dealer and other regulators Ensuring member/client service requests are completed in a timely manner Assisting with other account/client-related issues that require special attention and/or advanced industry knowledge Candidates for the Associate Financial Advisor position should possess: Maintain FINRA series 6 license (required); series 7, 63, 65/66 licenses preferred Maintain WI life insurance license, including life, health and sickness, variable life, variable annuity (required) Equivalent to a college degree (AA or AS in a relevant field), or equivalent work experience Must understand the securities and insurance industries through work experience and/or the licensing process Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Sales aptitude and/or the ability to adapt to a sales culture Excellent communication and member service skills Excellent computer skills Ability to travel approximately 20% of the time Flexibility to work Saturday hours as needed (9am-12pm) based on member needs Fox Communities Credit Union is a \$2.9 billion in assets community-based credit union serving more than 130,000 members at over 20 locations.
