Objetivo: Responsable del mapeo del proceso logístico inbound y outbound. Revisando información de transporte y embarques que requieren un seguimiento puntual. Así mismo, será soporte para de cumplir en tiempo y forma los requerimientos solicitados por la autoridad.

Responsabilidades Generales:

• Apoyo a Importación de material directo

• Preparación de documentación para cruce de material

• Revisión de previos

• Confirmación y seguimiento Ordenes de compra

• Análisis y pronostico de materiales directos

• Relación directa con Proveedores y Agente aduanal

• Realiza actividades de soporte a compradores de materia prima directa como generación de desviaciones, validación de inventarios físicos, generación de requisiciones y/u Ordenes de compra.

Proyecto:

• revisión y actualización de procedimientos de compra

Perfil Requerido:

• Carreras: Comercio Exterior, Negocios Internacionales, Logística, Ingeniería Industrial, Tecnología de la Información o afín.

• 7mo semestre en adelante; que falte al menos 1 año para graduarse.

• Inglés 80% conversacional y escrito

• Capacidad de Organización y Planificación

• Servicio al Cliente

Deseable:

• Manejo de Excel

• ERP System (preferente Oracle)

Ofrecemos:

• Duración de Convenio: 6 meses como mínimo a través de CAINTRA, con opción a renovar hasta por año y medio, de acuerdo con desempeño y fecha de graduación.

• Se otorga Seguro Facultativo

• Beca económica de $10,000 mensuales + comedor subsidiado

• Horario - Lunes a Viernes de 8AM - 4PM
