The team

Our D2C & Digital Marketing teams are responsible for driving the ecommerce strategy and business growth.

You will be part of a cross functional regional team (LATAM), that addresses local goals of each specific country and brand. You’ll also have the opportunity to engage in a global community of digital experts and talents!

This role

Data Collection and Analysis: Manages data on consumer behavior, preferences, purchases and feedback. Uses analytical tools to interpret this information and generate actionable insights.

Market Segmentation: Divide consumers into groups based on similar characteristics to create more targeted and effective marketing campaigns.

Strategy Development: Develop strategies to improve customer retention, increase satisfaction and maximize revenue based on data analysis.

Database Management: Oversees the maintenance and integrity of consumer databases, ensuring information is up-to-date and secure.

Interdepartmental Collaboration: Works with other departments, such as marketing, sales, and IT, to ensure data is used effectively across all areas of the company.

Reports and Presentations: Creates reports and presentations for company leadership, highlighting key findings and recommending actions based on data.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure data management complies with privacy and data protection regulations.

Process Optimization: Identifies and implements improvements in data collection and analysis processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.

CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) is responsible for optimizing the conversion process on a website or digital platform to maximize the effectiveness of visitor actions and increase conversion rates.

Web Analytics is responsible for collecting, analyzing and interpreting performance data from websites and digital platforms to help companies make informed decisions and optimize their digital strategies.

Martech (Marketing Technology) is responsible for managing the tools and technologies used to optimize marketing strategies. This role involves a combination of marketing knowledge and technical skills.

Skills required

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Strong background in digital data, consumer data (Datala Lake), with previous experience in business areas

  • Strategic thinking and proven ability to build robust strategies

  • Strong leadership experience

  • Advanced english

Knowledge required:

  • Datalake and data concept & architecture

  • SQL

  • Google Analytics

  • API & integration concepts

  • Digital data (e-commerce funnel)
