Primary point of contact for customer issue resolution, Cross-functional liaison between customer and Parker operations.
Addressing expedite, escalation and order status requests
Creating reports to understand customer inventory days of coverage
Managing customer supply and demand requirements
Maintaining customer portals and company ERP
Forecast loading and analysis
Qualifications
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Commerce or similar preferred.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in planning/scheduling and customer service/experience
APICS CPIM Certification is a Plus
Customer negotiations/de-escalation
Fluent in both English / Spanish
Strong written and verbal communication
Intermediate ERP knowledge
Proficient in MS Office /Advanced Excel
