Automotive Service Advisor
Key Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Greet customers with a smile, creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Product Knowledge: Advise customers on the best tires for their vehicle, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
Problem-Solving: Listen to customers' descriptions of symptoms, ask clarifying questions, and accurately diagnose their car problems.
Service Recommendations: Recommend appropriate repairs and maintenance services based on customers' needs.
Customer Communication: Keep customers updated on the status of their vehicle repairs, ensuring transparency and trust.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, fostering loyalty and repeat business.
Sales: Drive sales by effectively communicating the benefits of recommended services and products.

Requirements
No experience necessary but appreciated
Sales experience preferred
Ability to work with the general public
Ability to multitask and smile at the same time
Valid driver’s license required
Handle and prioritize phone calls, in-person customers, and communication with technicians

Pay: Hourly + Commission + Bonuses = Annual Compensation of $40,000-$85,000
