Job Description

Responsible to lead several teams of individuals that are responsible for delivering materials to or removing materials from Making, Packing, Converting or Assembly operating areas. Responsible for delivering and removing finished product from a Packing area to a Warehouse. Responsible for maintaining accurate Finished Product Inventory in a Warehouse. Responsible for material that has been shipped to a customer and then returned to P&G. Receives orders required to load product on a truck for customer or distribution center shipment. Responsible for moving material to a staging area for further palletization or customization. Manually picks individual cases or layers of finished product. Responsible for the Production, Safety, Quality, Cost, delivery and Morale of the teams that work in the area of their responsibility. Acts as a System Owner or Equipment Owner for the area in which they operate. Understands the technology in their area and can lead in troubleshooting as required. Orders and schedules trucks, international shipment containers and rail car deliveries to and from the plant.
