Registered Nurse (RN)

Description:

We are looking for a qualified, compassionate, and knowledgeable nurse to join us in caring, serving, and enriching lives. Position Details:

Adult Patient

·Acuity Level: Gtube/Trach/Vent

·Location: Apache Junction (85120)

·Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8a-4p (Day SHIFTS)

About case: Patient is an adult male who is needing help 3 days a week. The patient has a gtube, trach and ventilator. This family is an amazing and a kind family to work with.

(We offer training for these skills if you do not have experience!)

Responsibilities:

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care

• Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs

• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psycho-social changes in the patient’s condition

• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses

• Other Registered Nurse (RN) duties as assigned
