Senior Salesforce Quality Lead (7 + years of Experience)

Responsible for successful execution and informing team and managers of obstacles, issues, and risks.
Preferred to have a thorough knowledge on Functional Testing, Unit Testing, Manual Testing, Automated Testing, Load Testing, Deployment Testing, and Security Testing.
Write, review, and execute test cases across the Salesforce domain – preferrable Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud and Health Cloud

Work Experience
Total experience of 7+ years with relevant exp in Primary Skills for 7 years.
The key job responsibilities include the following:
The Quality Lead is responsible for providing test approach, framework, guidance, and recommendations as well as sharing best practices across the Salesforce CRM and platform landscape.
Responsible for successful execution and informing team and managers of obstacles, issues, and risks.
Preferred to have a thorough knowledge on Functional Testing, Unit Testing, Manual Testing, Automated Testing, Load Testing, Deployment Testing, and Security Testing.
Write, review, and execute test cases across the Salesforce domain – preferrable Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud and Health Cloud.
Ability to setup testing org, upon proving process access rights, creating sample data upon running scripts.
Testers having experience with Selenium, QTP/UFT etc., and play a vital role in Salesforce Automated Testing. Also, good to have knowledge on Provar or TOSCA
Ensure User Story Acceptance Criteria are tested to meet the highest software quality within schedule.
Leading a small team with taking ownership of successful testing.
Learn and create automated functional and regression tests using appropriate tools.
Create end-to-end, cross cloud-impacting, integration automation (API and UI) with complex orgs.
Monitor product and feature-level quality health metrics (testability, test health, test coverage, etc.).
Automate functional, regression, smoke, and performance testing using internal and open-source tools.
Prefer Back End Testing by executing SOQL queries.
Must have knowledge in Data Loader to insert, update, and bulk import or export of data from Salesforce.com Objects. Used it to read, extract, and load data from comma separated values (CSV) files.
Conduct and participate in defect triage meetings.
Good communication and inter-team collaboration skills
