Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Description

The candidate will be working in a distribution center with around 30 employees. Tasks will range from separating pallets, separating materials, wrapping pallets, shipping and receiving, and replenishing inventory during downtime. Once they gain some product knowledge, they will have the opportunity to receive and pick orders on their own and learn forklift operations. When the time comes, qualified employees will be trained and certified by Crown onsite.

Responsibilities

• Separate pallets and materials

• Wrap pallets

• Handle shipping and receiving tasks

• Replenish inventory during downtime

• Receive and pick orders independently after gaining product knowledge

• Learn and operate a forklift

Essential Skills

• Warehouse experience

• Experience with RF Scanner

• Comfortable lifting 50+ lbs

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Forklift experience is a plus but not required; training will be provided

• Must be trained on the RF scanner whether they have experience or not

Work Environment

OneSource Distributors is a wholesale distributor of electrical products, automation controls, and industrial supplies. The work environment is collaborative and supportive, with around 30 employees working together. The facility operates standard warehouse conditions with necessary equipment such as RF scanners and forklifts. Training and certification for forklift operation will be provided onsite by Crown. The dress code requires appropriate warehouse attire, and employees should be comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs. Any item over 50 lbs will not be lifted by hand.
