General Laborer (Insulator)

Job Description

• Will be assisting in building refrigeration housing units

• We are seeking a mechanically inclined individual to join our team as a General Production Worker.

• In this role, you will measure and cut insulation, install insulation using tape, and read work instructions to ensure foam pieces accurately fit.

• This position requires precision and attention to detail.

Work Environment

• The manufacturing floor and environment is clean, however, candidates must be willing to get their hands dirty. Long pants and steel-toed boots are required.

• • Career opportunity - can start in an entry level role and work into a higher level position (welding/brazing/assembly/ leadership)

• Team environment - everyone works together to get the job done

• Team events - picnics/ lunches

• 5am - 3:30pm M-F
