Job Description

Insight Global is searching for a strong Sr. HRIS Analyst to support a major health system in the Maryland.

This person will support the implementation of UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) in a clinical setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRIS systems, particularly UKG, and experience working in healthcare or clinical environments.

This role will be critical in ensuring the successful deployment, integration, and ongoing management of the HRIS system to meet the needs of our organization. This person will also will be responsible for supporting the current legacy systems (HRIP & symplyr) as well as helping lead efforts for the migration of modules (payroll, staffing/scheduling, workforce management, asset management, benefits, labor compliance, etc) to UKG.

The Analyst will oversee building and running reports using SQL data, data uploads, as well as pre and post go-live support of the HR systems.

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 4 years of experience in HRIS, with a focus on UKG implementation and support.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.

Knowledge of HR processes, regulations, and best practices. Experience with HRIP or symplyr

Experience supporting environments with clinical end users null
