Job Description
As a Human Resources Business Partner, you'll be part of Intel's Business HR team. You will play a critical role in the support and development of the group's leadership and employee team. You will work in close partnership with the HR team to support HR processes and projects including: talent attraction and development; compensation; diversity and inclusion.
As a Business HR Partner your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Assists with the development and administration of programs procedures and guidelines to support Corporate HR and Business priorities.
Build and leverage trusting relationships with HR Account Teams and COEs.
Balance speed and quality to assure integrity of data to enable decision making.
Application of employee relations, labor relations, diversity and Inclusion and HR guidelines.
Administers HR policies procedures and programs in service of the HR team.
Role models One HR.
Partners with the account team to communicate Human Resources policies procedures and programs.
Ensure effective communication and education of all HR programs and initiatives.
Advise people managers on steps in the progressive discipline process.
Counsels managers and employees on issues.
Assist with administration of employee programs and sensing feedback initiatives.
Gather, analyze and correlate data to draw out root causes and communicate recommendations.

Employment/labor law and policy acumen to problem solve and coach employees and managers.
Influence/coaching skills: Influence and coach people managers to drive higher engagement and performance.
Project management: must have project management skills to create high level plans implement and monitor progress.
Data Analytics: understand how to pull consolidate from multiple sources analyze and make recommendations.
Issue Spotting and Investigation: Effectively ID and disposition ER issues and conduct investigations and negotiated exits.
Customer orientation: strong focus on putting customer first and managing work accordingly. Highly responsive and collaborative with HR COEs and managers.
Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
The candidate must possess a Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Communication Management or a related field.
2+ years of HR experience, specifically in: HR solutions, guidelines and policies.
Preferred Qualifications:
2+ years of direct experience in the following:
Employee relations.
Organization Diagnosis and Design.
Leadership Development and/or Coaching.
HR basics: training and development, performance management, change management

Working Model
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
