Job Description Summary:
We are looking for a customer centric, motivated and positive Customer Success Manager to join our Customer Success Management team. As a Rocket Customer Success Manager, you work cross functionally to engage and optimize our customer interactions and assisting our customers to meet their goals and objectives. You will play a crucial role in engaging with our customers to ensure they are getting the maximum value from their Rocket investments, tracking successes and regularly reviewing their business needs. This is a tremendous opportunity to impact our CS organization as we strive to meet our growth goals for customer renewals and expansion, but also provides a unique opportunity to help shape and contribute to the growth and optimization of our team. Spanish and Portuguese are required.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Research and understand product usage for assigned customers
Begin to take ownership and coordination of Customer Risks and follow up actions
Work within the Gainsight platform to ensure all customer inputs are addressed
Learn about Rocket’s products, customer base and processes
Coordinating cross-functional teams within Rocket to provide for our Customer’s needs and foster positive experiences
Begin to develop follow up for customer relationship building and develop an understanding of our customers business in relation to their usage of Rocket products.
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development or another customer facing role.'
Bachelor’s Degree, or equivalent experience
Portuguese and Spanish language skills
Strong executive presence and communication skills
Experience working with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product, Support)

Mainframe background
The base salary range for this role is $73,253.00 - $91,566.50 /year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
