ASRC Federal Holding Company Agile Transformation Lead in ANNAPOLIS, Maryland

ASRC Federal Holding Company is seeking candidates in the Annapolis Junction, MD area to support an upcoming government contract. This position may temporarily be supported remotely per Federal govt. COVID-19 guidelines.

Overview:

The Agile Transformation Lead will be Certified SAFe Product Owner / Product Manager with hands on experience with IBM Rational Team Concert family of tools.

The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in agile transformation of large, multi-vendor, multi-location enterprise supporting mission critical systems. You will bring a demonstrated track record of success leading an Agile Transformation in large enterprise setting as well as critical skills in developing partnerships, modeling behaviors, and developing team capabilities.

You will partner with the enterprise stakeholders, IT support organization and development teams to chart a service delivery roadmap. The Agile Transformation Lead will also lead the Agile Coaches and work with ASRC Federal Agile Center of Excellence (CoE) to implement agile best practices. In this strategic role, s/he will work with federal managers, development, infrastructure, security, and platform leads in a matrix organization to design, transform and accelerate Agile transformation and adoption.

Responsibilities:



  • Manage the IT services Agile transformation program to achieve customer’s strategic objectives of synchronizing development, infrastructure, and security services.

  • Ensure the transformation approach balances business and technology perspective to drive outcomes that are value focused.

  • Understand the interdependencies between technology, operations, security, and business needs to drive and lead a pragmatic transformation plan.

  • Develop and roll out the operating model for the Agile transformation incorporates systems thinking and reinforces the Lean-Agile mindset.

  • Partner with key stakeholders and business partners on complex issues where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth knowledge of the organization.

  • Partner with federal Agile change leadership and help manage day-to-day change management activities.

  • Lead the organization, top to bottom, through significant change and directing change management activities spanning multiple lines of services and platforms.

  • Act as a subject matter expert on Lean-Agile methodologies and an advocate in adopting new best practices and processes.

  • Identify opportunities for improvement, include feedback mechanism to support learning, coaching, and enabling continuous learning.
