Jovian Concepts, Inc. Technical Writer Level 3 in Annapolis Junction, Maryland
Jovian Concepts, Inc. is looking to hire a Technical Writer Level 3 for our Program in the Annapolis Junction, MD area. This role requires a TS/SCI Clearance with a Polygraph. No CCA's will be considered for this role.
Responsible for the preparation, review, revision, and maintenance of technical documents including software and systems engineering, system operations, testing, and user documentation. Writes and edits technical documentation for all of the project's hardware and software to include installation, configuration and how-to documentation. Creates code documentation for software; produces implementation guides and end-user guides for capabilities; provides field, data definition, and data flow documentation and formats technical publications from pamphlets, technical drawings, and consultations with technical personnel and other available resources.
Requirements
Qualifications:
An active and current TS/SCI with Polygraph is required to be considered. No CCA's will be considered for this role.
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Master's degree may be substituted for two (2) years of experience, reducing the requirement to six (6) years of experience. Four (4) years of additional technical writing experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
Eight (8) years' experience in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required.
