We are seeking a Systems Engineer I who willsupport a collaborative, mission focused team with the following duties:

  • Read technical documentation and white papers in support of the requirements gathering process.

  • Collaborate with both inter-agency and external partners to develop solutions to fulfill customer needs.

  • Participate in the entire spectrum of activities that are conducted for a given system which include the identification of need, system design/development, production, operational use, sustainment/support, and system retirement.

  • Lead the various reviews that analyze the accuracy/adequacy of test results and audits, assess risk, and determine if the system has sufficient technical maturity to achieve shipment authorization.

  • As a site lead/project lead there are various responsibilities that include scheduling and managing all hardware/software deployments and having a firm understanding of all site/project related activities.

Position requires an active TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance. US citizenship is required.

Qualifications:Seven (7) years experience as a System Engineer and a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline or twelve (12) years experience in lieu of degree.

The salary range for this position is based on contracted rates. The position is eligible to participate in our discretionary bonus program.
