THE WORK

TKO provides systems engineering, software development, data science and cloud development and engineering services to the Cyber Infrastructure Solutions customer. The services enable the Data Transformation, Malware Analysis, and Cyber Threat Intelligence processing and sharing capabilities for the customer, fulfilling mission objectives and offering actionable information to detect and mitigate cyber threats. The contract has several locations in Maryland and a small contingent in Texas.

WHO YOU ARE

• You are a Linux Systems Administrator, experienced with running security scans, monitoring system performance, and troubleshooting issues.

• You have experience with Atlassian products such as Confluence for documentation and Jira for workflow management and ticketing.

• You have experience using OME for planned and unplanned outage coordination.

• You are familiar with Docker and Kubernetes.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED plus fourteen (14) years of general systems engineering experience.

OR

• Bachelor’s degree in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus ten (10) years of systems engineering experience.

OR

(U) A Master’s or PhD in a Qualified Engineering Field or a related discipline from an accredited college or university plus eight (8) years of systems engineering experience.

Required Skills:

• Linux System Administrator

• Running Security Scans

• Monitoring system performance and troubleshooting issues with Elastic products such as Grafana and Kibana

• Experience with Atlassian products such as Confluence for documentation and Jira for workflow management and ticketing

• Provisioning virtual machine resources utilizing AWS

• TPAM for account management

• Experience using OME for planned and unplanned outage coordination

• Triage, track, collaborate on and facilitate Help Desk tickets

• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
