Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Program Manager to join our team! In this role you will get to usher the delivery of program requirements leveraging a multi-disciplinary team focused on the developing solutions to secure critical information networks. You'll have the opportunity to lead an a team of high performers, helping to push them to new heights, mentor them in career growth, and maintain a high functioning atmosphere.

This role requires extensive customer engagement, necessary to understand and evaluate customer requirements in order develop the plans for execution. You'll be starting from the ground up to establish your programmatic deliverables and tracking mechanisms necessary to ensure successful customer delivery.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Establishing program management plans and SOPs

• Building staffing matrices against expected government requirements

• Steering the growth of the program

• Solidifying relationships with business operations leaders

• Taking over an established relationship, evolving it, and maturing the program for long term execution

• Generating program reporting processes

• Managing a team of Software Engineers, System Engineers, Data Scientists, and Analysts

• Leveraging your team to deliver software solutions for data analysis and tradecraft automation

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required for consideration

• Bachelor's Degree in related technical/business fields

• 10+ Years experience in related fields with some exposure to program/project management

• PMP Certification

• Demonstrated experience in providing technical management oversight focusing on the overall quality, cost, and timeliness of deliverable

• Demonstrated ability to build Program Management artifacts from (SOPs, Program Management Plans, Staffing Matrix, etc.)

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Exposure to software engineering and cybersecurity concepts

Salary Range:

$126,600.00 - $227,900.00
