Our On-Site Staffing Manager is accountable for:

• Manage employee attendance and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

• Resolve employee conflicts and address any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner

• Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication and teamwork

• Support employee development and growth through coaching and mentoring

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in managing people and handling employee attendance

• Strong conflict resolution skills and the ability to mediate difficult situations

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels

• High level of integrity and confidentiality

Seeking minimum of 5 years of onsite human resources experience.
