Thomson Reuters is seeking an experienced product manager with expertise in AI and machinelearning to join the Tax, Accounting and Audit team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part ofa team dedicated to modernizing and enhancing Checkpoint and other AI powered solutionsthat will serve the tax, accounting and audit industry. Alongside your team members, you will beresponsible for supporting product development and strategy, focusing on key growth projectsand addressing the overall needs of our customers.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with Checkpoint and other Thomson Reuters leaders,customers, and partners in technology and user experience. You will play a key role in ourstrategy to deliver customer-focused enhancements to Checkpoint and our other tax,accounting and audit solutions, leveraging AI and machine learning to drive growthopportunities.

The Senior Product Manager, will own the vision, direction, and priorities for their designatedfeature or product area, overseeing the product life cycle from strategic planning to tacticalexecution. The Sr. PM, should possess a strong technical background and a comprehensiveunderstanding of generative AI technologies, applying this knowledge to develop solutions thatenhance our product capabilities in solving customer challenges. Adaptability in the face ofmarket changes and ambiguity is essential.

The Sr. PM, will collaborate extensively with colleagues across various departments, includingeditorial and other product groups, to ensure the delivery of solutions that are of the highestquality, accuracy, and value to customers. Effective communication skills are crucial, enablingthem to convey customer needs clearly and effectively throughout the organization. They will work closely with design and engineering teams to transform these needs into clear priorities,compelling roadmaps, and innovative solutions with significant impact. Balancing strategicvision with tactical execution, while coordinating across multiple functions, is critical at this level.

About the Role As a Senior Product Manager, you will experience a dynamic and varied work environment,engaging in activities ranging from product strategy development to assessing featureperformance metrics, leading customer interactions, writing user stories and acceptance criteria,and roadmap planning. Your primary responsibility will be to maximize customer and businessvalue using your expertise and insights.

You will also be part of a team working on a new and very exciting AI powered tax planningadvisory solution that is uniquely positioned to address the most critical customer needs.

As a Senior Product Manager, you will: * Develop strong product intuition by interpreting customer problems, business needs, andopportunities, offering potential solutions with moderate guidance and direction. * Build world-class capabilities and products by creating and maintaining a vision for theproduct, managing the product roadmap for your features, and partnering closely withthe development team, UX, and other stakeholders to execute the roadmap efficiently.This includes defining your product or feature backlog based on customer and businessvalue and using metrics to monitor progress.
