Thomson Reuters Holdings Inc Senior Attorney Product Specialist in Ann Arbor, Michigan

The Senior Attorney Product Specialist position is an individual contributor role that develops segment specific product content and functionality to establish, enhance or distinguish products within the competitive arena.

About the Role

Work closely with internal and external teams to develop and execute product programs and initiatives supporting the latest artificial intelligence and legal technology solutions on the market.

Develop, test, and validate the latest uses of generative artificial intelligence technology for use in the legal industry.

Develop a deep understanding of our customers' pain points and goals to articulate clear and differentiated value propositions.

Lead the development of advanced use cases for attorneys utilizing the CoCounsel platform and Thomson Reuters' suite of generative AI products, demonstrating thought leadership in the application of AI to legal practice.

Utilize independent judgment to assess CoCounsel's ongoing performance, providing strategic feedback to our team of engineers and data scientists to drive continuous improvement.

Take initiative in client engagements, providing expert assistance to Enterprise clients and contributing to the strategic direction of product development.

Coordinate with other Thomson Reuters divisions and teams on select ad hoc projects.

About You

Juris Doctor and Bar Admission (any jurisdiction) required.

Minimum of 5 to 7 years' experience in a law firm or in-house setting.

Proven expertise in generative AI application.

Computer proficient with strong understanding in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.

Substantial experience using a variety of online legal research and practicetools (e.g. Westlaw, Practical Law, Casetext, Relativity, Intelligize, Everlaw, etc.)

IP experience strongly preferred.
