ManpowerGroup Project Coordinator in Ann Arbor, Michigan

We are seeking a Customer Service Rep/ Project Coordinator for a global car company located in Ann Arbor, MI.

Job Title: Project Coordinator

Location: Ann Arbor, MI

Pay Range: 25-30/hr

What’s the Job?

  • Receive and release vehicles including noting vehicle condition

  • Onboarding and offboarding vehicles, overseeing active fleet.

  • MBRDNA Liaison for the Michigan SOS

  • Tracking and documenting vehicle registration, license, fuel card and vehicle transportation requests.

  • Manage on-site vehicles: track vehicles ready to be relocated, notify customers to retrieve their vehicles promptly due to limited parking.

  • End of life vehicle processing (scrapping)

  • Provide status update, manage critical deadlines to ensure timely completion and best customer experience.

What’s Needed?

Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and manage ones time.

  • Ability to keep information organized and confidential
