We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to join our Alma product team and take on a pivotal role in driving customer success and product innovation. As a Customer-Centric Product Manager, you will play a vital part in understanding the needs of our complex customers, addressing their pain points, and championing product improvements that align with their requirements.

About You - Experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

Bachelor's degree inone of the following fields:Information Science, Data Science,Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Exact Science, or equivalent.

4 years + of experience in B2B product management.

It would be great if you also had . . .

Professional experience in a library setting.

MBA.

MLIS - Master of Library and Information Science.

What will you be doing in this role?

Acting as a primary point of contact for our complex customers, building strong relationships and ensuring their success with our products. Understand their unique challenges and needs, and work collaboratively to provide effective solutions.

Conduct thorough research and analysis to deeply understand customer pain points and requirements. Regularly engage with customers through surveys, interviews, and feedback sessions to gather valuable insights.

Translate customer insights into actionable product enhancements.

Possess exceptional communication skills to effectively convey ideas and insights to both internal teams and external customers.

Be a proactive advocate for innovation, constantly seek opportunities to align customer needs.Contribute to the strategic product roadmap by synthesizing customer input, market trends, and business objectives. Prioritize features and enhancements that have the highest impact on customer satisfaction and product success.

Collaborate closely with R&D, Support, Customer Care, and other teams to ensure a holistic approach to product development and customer success.

The product you will be developing. Alma Product Manager will join the Alma Product Management team and will be responsible for defining the product features for Alma, the only unified library services platform in the world, managing print, electronic, and digital materials in a single interface. As a completely cloud-based service, Alma provides libraries with the most cost-effective library management solution in the industry.

About the Team Alma Product Management team is a group of Product Managers and Product Owners each focusing on a different functional area of Alma. The team works closely with the organization's R&D, Support, Professional Services, and Sales team. Hours of Work / More important information for you: Our base is in the Jerusalem, Israel office, working in a hybrid mode. This is a full-time position.
