Location: Michigan Medicine in Ann Arbor -- multiple locations around Ann Arbor
Compensation: $17-18 per hour -- WEEKLY PAY!

What You'll Be Doing:
- Scheduling appointments by phone
- Processing prescription requests, verifying insurance, and respionding to referral requests
- Email correspondence with providers and clinic staff
Here's What You Need To Apply:
- High School diploma, or GED
- At least 1 - 2 years of customer service and clerical experience
- Strong, demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Able to keep up with high-volume environments
- Able to comply Michigan Medicine immunizations (including flu) and lift up to 15lbs.
