Description:

Responsible for providing daily administrative support for the Executive Director of Care & Rehabilitation and also periodic needs of the Executive office, supporting the Executive Assistant as needed. This position works every other weekend, Sat & Sun, 8a-1p (10 hours per pay period).

Critical (highest priority; absolutely key to success on the job)

  • Execute discretion, confidentiality and independent judgement while performing duties

  • Establish and maintain courteous relationships with all contacts / visitors, both within and outside of the Glacier Hills organization

  • Make copies and / or scans of necessary documents and deliver as needed

  • Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Assist in continuous improvement efforts to maximize efficient office productivity

Standard (general functions of the job)

  • Retrieve mail and make all necessary deliveries daily and as needed throughout the day

  • Maintain and order of office supplies, equipment supplies

  • Answer and screen telephone calls when needed
